In milk and cream-based recipes it enriches the texture without weighing it down, and in coffee it leaves a light sweetness behind.

Best for: tiki and tropical cocktails, creamy pineapple mocktails, milkshakes and smoothies, coffee and milk-based drinks.

Suggested dose: 15-20 ml per drink. Increase by 5 ml for a more intense build.
