Saphori powdered drinks are beverage bases prepared in seconds by whisking with milk or water, giving the same consistency and flavour in every glass. The 1 kg packs are designed for cafés, hotels, restaurants and bars that need fast preparation. A complete recipe in a single product removes separate weighing and mixing steps.

Why powdered drinks?
The same colour and density in every season, low waste, long shelf life and fast service. Hot chocolate and salep for the winter menu and milkshakes and frappés for the summer menu come off the same shelf. Powders can be combined with syrups and sauces to extend the menu.
Production, certifications and storage
The whole range is produced under ISO 22000 and HACCP food-safety systems and is halal certified. Store in a cool, dry place with the pack tightly closed.

Frequently asked questions
Are powdered drinks prepared with water or milk?
It depends on the product: hot chocolate, salep and latte powders are prepared with milk, and milkshake powders with cold milk and ice. Preparation measures are printed on the pack.
Is there a vegan option?
Yes. The plain vegan frappé powder is designed to be prepared with plant-based milks.
