What is a decoration sauce?
A decoration sauce is a dense, glossy sauce with a flow set for decorating plates and glasses. It holds its line on foam and on the glass without running, and melts smoothly into a hot drink when stirred. Its consistency suits lattice patterns, dots and fine detail work, and the fine tip of the 750 g bottle allows controlled lines without any extra equipment.
Seven profiles
Chocolate, white chocolate, caramel, strawberry, raspberry, banana and kiwi. Chocolate and caramel are the classics of coffee presentation; the fruit profiles are the classics of dessert plates and milkshake glasses.
Where are they used?
- Glass and cup decoration — patterns on the inside of milkshake and frappé glasses
- On lattes and frappés — lattice and spiral work on foam
- Dessert plating — cheesecake, waffles, pancakes, ice cream and patisserie displays

The whole range is produced under ISO 22000 and HACCP food-safety systems and is halal certified. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight; once opened, we recommend using within 3 months.
