Vanilla brings a soft, creamy and lightly sweet aroma that gives milk-based drinks a warm body and a balanced finish. It blends easily with other flavours on the menu. It also rounds off sharper fruit flavours in a blended drink.

Best for: Milkshakes and smoothies, frozen drinks, iced coffee, dessert-led signature drinks.

Suggested dose: 30 g of powder per 200 ml of milk or water. Increase by 5 g for a more intense build.
