(the “Company”) operates; on the website it runs and manages, www.saphori.com (the “Site”), cookies (“Cookie/Cookies”) are used by the Company for members who register and, apart from them, for visitors (the two together, the “User/s”), in any manner during the Users' visits to the Site, within the scope of the services offered through the Site. This use of Cookies is carried out in compliance with the legislation to which the Company is subject, in particular Law No. 6698 (Turkey) on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The Company may not disclose to others the personal data belonging to Users contrary to the Privacy Notice and the KVKK provisions, and may not use them outside the processing purpose.

What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are very small text files, usually consisting of letters and numbers, that are saved on your computer (or on your other devices such as smartphones or tablets) by the websites you visit, via browsers. Cookies do not contain personal data about visitors such as name, gender or address.

Types of Cookies by Use

Cookies Whose Use Is Mandatory: These Cookies are the cookies strictly necessary for the platforms to work properly. These Cookies are needed for the system to be managed and fraudulent transactions to be prevented, and if they are blocked the platforms cannot work properly.

Persistent Cookies: These are cookies that continue to exist on a person's computer and smart mobile device until deleted by the person or until a certain date. These Cookies are mostly used to measure users' preferences and site movements.

Session Cookies: These Cookies are used to divide the user's visit into sessions and do not collect data from the user. These Cookies are deleted when the user remains passive for a certain period on the platforms they visit or closes the platforms. When the platform is visited and these plug-ins are used, the platform connects directly to the server of the selected social network. Then the content presented by the plug-in is transmitted directly from the social networks to the web browser and added to the website being visited. In this way the relevant social network can reach and process data belonging to the user and combine them with the data belonging to the account on the relevant social network.

The Company has no control over the data processed by social networks through plug-ins. To obtain more information on for what purpose, by which methods and for how long the social networks will process your personal data, the personal data policies published by the relevant social networks should be examined carefully.
