SAPHORI HOT DARK CHOCOLATE DRINK POWDER 1 KG

The deep, faintly bitter character of high-cocoa dark chocolate turns velvety in hot milk. This is not an over-sweet cup: the cocoa bitterness stays present through the finish and keeps the drink grown-up. The powder is finely milled, so it whisks into hot milk without lumps and gives a smooth surface for latte art.

Best for: hot chocolate, mochas and chocolate lattes, iced chocolate, milkshake bases.

Suggested dose: 25-30 g of powder per serving with 200 ml of hot milk or water.
