The sharp peel oil and clean acidity of lime are balanced here by a cooling sweetness. It lightens a drink and cuts a clear line through heavier flavours instead of sitting on top of them. The sugar level is kept in check, so it does not overrun a recipe that already uses fresh lime juice and mint.

Best for: mint lemonade and house sodas, iced tea and soda, refreshing cocktails and mocktails, tonic long drinks.

Suggested dose: 20-25 ml per drink. Increase by 5 ml for a more intense build.
