Speciality & Aromatic Syrups
The aromatic range for signature drinks
Speciality and aromatic syrups bring floral, spice and herbal notes to a menu. They do what fruit syrups cannot: a single measure turns an ordinary lemonade into a signature drink. The range comes in 700 ml bar bottles.
Profiles in the range
- Floral notes — elderflower, lavender and rose; for spritz-style cocktails, lemonades and iced teas
- Spice notes — cardamom and ginger; for coffee, chai and hot drinks, and for mule-style cocktails
- Fresh notes — green mint, menthol and menthol strawberry; for mojitos, lemonades and soda-based drinks
- Playful profiles — bubble gum; for milkshakes, frappés and kids' menus
- Bar staple — sugar syrup; the neutral sweetener of every cocktail bar
How to use them
Aromatic profiles are intense; starting at 10–15 ml per glass and adjusting to taste is the safest approach. Floral notes pair best with citrus, spice notes with milk and coffee, and fresh notes with soda and lemon. General measures are in our syrup dosing guide.
