Iced Tea Series Syrups
What is an iced tea syrup?
Iced tea syrups are lightly tannic, refreshing profiles that bring fruit character to cold-tea drinks. Added to brewed tea, cold water or soda, they reduce brewing and sweetening to a single measure. The range comes in 700 ml bar bottles.
Five profiles
Peach, lemon, mango, strawberry and blueberry. Peach and lemon are the foundation of a classic iced tea menu; mango, strawberry and blueberry add seasonal variety.
How to use them
Use 20–25 ml per drink; for more intense recipes the measure can be raised by 5 ml. Beyond iced tea and lemonade, they are used in iced tea cocktails, mocktails, soda mixes and refreshing alternatives to iced coffee. For pitcher preparation, 1 part syrup to 8 parts liquid is a practical ratio.
Production, certifications and storage
The whole range is produced under ISO 22000 and HACCP food-safety systems and is halal certified. All syrups are vegan and gluten-free. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight; once opened, we recommend using within 4 months.
