Strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and sour cherry notes gathered into a single puree. Sweetness and acidity are already balanced, so it works on its own, and the dense red colour plus real fruit pulp gives a drink both body and visual weight.

Best for: Red berry cocktails and mocktails, lemonades and iced teas, smoothie and milkshake bases, sorbets and desserts.

Suggested dose: 30-40 ml per cocktail. Increase by 10 ml for a more intense build.
