Best for: yuzu cocktails and mocktails; iced teas, lemonades and soda coolers; sorbets, ice cream, mousses and tarts; acidity balance in sauces and dressings.

Suggested dose: 30-40 ml per cocktail. Increase by 10 ml for a more intense build.
