SAPHORI KIWI FLAVORED BAR SAUCE 750 GR

A thick green sauce with the fresh, lightly tart flavour of kiwi. It draws clean lines on glassware and holds its colour against ice, cream and foam without bleeding into the drink. The texture stays put on a chilled glass, which makes it useful for prepared serves lined up ahead of a rush.

Best for: Glass decoration, cocktail and mocktail garnish, frappe and milkshake topping, dessert and ice cream plating.
