SAPHORI CARAMEL BAR SAUCE 2.5 KG

A thick, full-bodied caramel bar sauce with burnt sugar and butter notes. Its controlled flow makes it easy to draw patterns inside a glass, it holds its line in hot and cold drinks and gives every serve a glossy finish.

Best for: in-glass decoration and caramel drizzle, frappe and milkshake toppings, caramel lattes and mochas, dessert and ice cream sauce.

Suggested dose: 15-20 g per serving.
