Sharp lemon acidity meets a vivid blue colour. The syrup brings citrus freshness to a drink while leaving a clear blue tone that stands out on presentation. Mixed with yellow or green ingredients it also builds gradient serves.

Best for: Blue cocktails and mocktails, lemonades and soda mixes, frozen drinks, party and event menus.

Suggested dose: 15-20 ml per drink. Increase by 5 ml for a more intense build.
