SAPHORI RASPBERRY FRUIT PUREE 1.1 KG

Raspberry's deep red colour, sweet-tart balance and smooth seedless texture are all held in this puree. The fruit body brings both flavour and weight to a cocktail and emulsifies easily in the shaker. The natural acidity of the puree keeps a recipe in balance next to sweeter syrups and sauces.

Best for: cocktails and mocktails, fruit sodas and tonics, lemonade and iced tea, dessert sauces.

Suggested dose: 30-40 ml per cocktail.
