Papaya puree brings a soft, tropical sweetness that sits between melon and peach, with a gently creamy body. It gives drinks a natural orange colour and a full, rounded texture. The flavour stays gentle, so it lifts other tropical fruits instead of covering them.

Best for: Tropical cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and frozen drinks, lemonades and iced teas.

Suggested dose: 30-40 ml per cocktail. Increase by 5 ml for a more intense build.
