A puree that captures the gently sweet, low-acid and lightly floral character of dragon fruit. It gives the glass a soft pink tone, a fine-grained texture from the seeds and an elegant tropical aroma that never overpowers the other ingredients.

Best for: tropical and signature cocktails, refreshing lemonades and iced teas, smoothies and bowl sauces, dessert finishing.

Suggested dose: 30-40 ml per cocktail.
