SAPHORI PLAIN BASE MILKSHAKE & SMOOTHIE POWDER 1 KG

A neutral, lightly sweet base for milkshake and smoothie preparation. Blended with milk or water it builds a creamy, smooth body and gives volume to the drink without competing with the fruit puree, syrup or coffee flavour added on top of it.

Best for: Milkshake and smoothie bases, frappe preparation, blending with fruit purees, dessert and ice cream serves.

Suggested dose: 40-50 g of powder per portion with 200 ml of milk or water.
