SAPHORI SPECULOOS BAR SAUCE 2.5 KG

Speculoos sauce carries the caramelised taste of spiced biscuit baked with cinnamon, clove and brown sugar. It adds a warm, cookie-like depth to coffee and milk-based drinks. The spice comes through even under a thick layer of milk foam.

Best for: Latte and mocha decoration, frappés and milkshakes, dessert plating, in-glass garnish.

Suggested dose: 15-20 g per serving. Increase by 5 g for a more intense build.
