Slow-cooked sugar gives a deep, buttery sweetness finished with a light burnt-caramel note. It softens the bitterness of espresso and leaves milk-based drinks rounded and full in the mouth.

Best for: lattes, flat whites and iced coffee, caramel milkshakes and frappés, creamy cocktails and mocktails, and sauce bases for dessert plating.

Suggested dose: 15-20 ml per drink. Increase by 5 ml for a more intense build.
