SAPHORI PLAIN VEGAN FRAPPE POWDER 1 KG

Blended with milk or a plant-based drink, this plain frappe powder builds a dense, stable foam. It adds a neutral, lightly sweet body and lets the flavour of any syrup you add come forward. The foam holds its structure long enough to finish and garnish the glass.

Best for: Frappés and iced coffee, milkshake bases, signature drinks with flavoured syrups, cold chocolate.

Suggested dose: 25-30 g of powder per 200 ml of liquid. Increase by 5 g for a more intense build.
