The Saphori spicy series adds a warm, sharp finish to drinks. Jalapeño, chilli, hot pepper, ginger and black pepper profiles run through margaritas, bloody marys, spicy lemonades, tropical cocktails and alcohol-free builds. A small measure gives a controllable level of heat, so the spice can be dialled up or down for each guest. Cocktail bars, Latin American restaurants, hotel bars and cafés use the series for signature drinks.
